FAQ

HOW CAN I ORDER?

Short answer: Sportswear online, Workwear - contact us

Long answer:

At PRO LX, we believe in the power of personal connection and precise customisation, which is why we encourage you to contact us directly rather than placing orders through our website.

Whilst you can submit an order for Sportswear online, the order isn't confirmed until we have spoken to you and you have paid any invoice sent out to you by our team.

Each custom order has unique requirements, specifications, and intricate details that are best discussed through a conversation. Our experienced team can guide you through fabric selections, size considerations, design possibilities, and branding options while offering expert advice based on your specific needs.

This approach allows us to understand your vision completely, suggest cost-effective solutions, ensure accurate sizing across your order, and eliminate any potential misunderstandings that might occur through an automated system.

We can also discuss bulk pricing, delivery timelines, and any special requirements you may have.

Whether you prefer a phone call, video meeting, or face-to-face consultation, this personal touch ensures your custom sportswear or workwear order is executed perfectly from concept to delivery.

Plus, direct communication enables us to create a lasting relationship, understanding your preferences for seamless future orders.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY PRODUCTS TO BE READY?

Short answer: it will depend on stock availability, product and type of customisation

Long answer:

Some PRO LX items can be shipped in 2-3 days, depending on stock availability and any customisation required. Custom kits, however, have a longer lead time of 3-4 weeks. Before placing an order, we'll discuss the expected timeframe with the customer so they fully understand the lead times involved prior to making a purchase.

HOW CAN I CUSTOMISE MY ITEMS?

Short answer: we will print anywhere and anything you would like on your garment(s)

Long answer:

At PRO LX, we offer extensive customisation options for our products. Customers can have us customise their garments by printing company logos, slogans, sponsor logos, names, or any other design the customer would like, placed anywhere on the product. Our team works closely with customers to bring their custom visions to life, ensuring the final product meets their exact specifications.

IS PRINTING AND EMBROIDERY FREE?

Short answer: to add to your garments yes for prints, embroidery requires a media set up fee of £20, and £3.50 per item added - note this fee could increase depending on size of patch.

Long answer:

At PRO LX, we print items in-house by heat press using DTF prints or Super-Flex vinyl prints (depending on the garment). There are no additional fee to pay for DTF or Super-Flex prints. For embroidery we use an external company who charge us a media set up for your art work. This fee is past on to you as the customer as a one off fee. Should you have additional items customised with embroidery in the future this fee will not apply. Each embroidered patch will carry an additional cost of £3.50. This fee could increase depending on the size of the embroidery - a member of our team will inform you of the additional cost ahead of accepting your order.

WHAT IF MY ART WORK IS TOO LOW RES?

Short answer: speak to us

Long answer:

We have extensive experience with imagery and have a team ready to improve the resolution of your images to ensure your logo looks pristine on your garment. We are capable of changing the colours of your logo too, if need be. If you think your image isn't of a good quality, please speak to a member of our team who will be happy to assist you further. Please note, if there is extensive work to be done to your image e.g. multiple colours/complex image, there may be a small charge applied.

HOW SHOULD I CARE FOR MY PRODUCTS?

Short answer: instructions will come with the products

Long answer:

For garments that have been heat pressed, we recommend washing them inside-out at a maximum temperature of 30 degrees Celsius. To preserve the design, do not tumble dry the items. Instead, allow them to air dry. Additionally, avoid ironing directly on the printed areas, as this can potentially damage the heat press design. By following these simple care instructions, customers can help extend the life and vibrant appearance of their customised garments.
